• Defining business goals.
• Drafting the set of rules.
• Consultation and aid in the process of capital recruitment.
• Working with the client to satisfy the requirements of the Registrars of Companies, Non-profit Organizations and Partnerships, and any other official registration.
• Drafting all relevant contracts such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, drawing up contracts with investors, stockholders, clients, suppliers, franchise holders and service providers.
