Mor Swiel

Mor is a corporate lawyer specialising in in a wide range of corporate transactions including fund raising, venture capital, start-up investment and structuring. He advises start-ups as well as mature technology companies and multi-nationals.Mor is qualified in and a member of the New York Bar Association and the Israeli Bar Association. He has Israeli and South African citizenship and holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University 1998 and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania 2000 with a focus on corporate, M&A, financing and securities.
